It's all about the optics with the Felon.

We are not allowed to pull the curtain back. There is no substance or sense behind anything the criminal administration is promoting because they are stupid. They are winging it based on a madman, greed, and the machinations of our enemies who now whisper in the ears of their stooges.
We must maintain the illusion that our hardship is because of our former friends, minorities, and 'illegals'.
The Felon has stated that tariffs will help level the playing field making 'America' stronger. The costs will go to other countries--not us. For weeks experts have tried to point out how tariffs actually work, but no--can't have that. We must punish those who speak the truth and maintain the illusion with the delusion built in.
The stooges are claiming tarriffs won't really cost us--really? Not only will they cost us more for pretty much everything, but there will be less to buy. Shipping is down, freight is down, along with all those related jobs. Just wait until not much food makes it to our stores after chasing away all the workers, too.
