Hey "Dunc" Are You Proficient In English

On Krasnov's 100th day in office he just signed an EO requiring that "truck drivers" must be proficient in English.

Just giving you a heads up in case you are pulled over, you won't be given a breathalyzer test but you may be given a quiz on vocabulary words. Maybe brush up on some of that stuff.

No reason why Krasnov just singled out truck drivers and not all drivers?

Also no word on if you are stopped and given a roadside vocabulary test what score makes you proficient.

Adios, amigo.

See Slobby Donvict’s liesocial,post from yesterday😂

They are Negative Criminals who apologize to their subscribers and readers after I WIN ELECTIONS BIG, much bigger than their polls showed I would win, loose a lot of credibility, and then go on cheating and lying for the next cycle, only worse.

I doubt he has a driver's license, or a passing grade in English.

They have sobriety check points, weigh station check points, why not English proficiency check points where English teachers can give everyone vocabulary tests?

What if the cop who pulls truck drivers over isn't proficient in English?

Seriously, tho. This is undoubtedly an ICE thing. Homan and Noem seem to have the Tangeranus’ flaccid ear at the moment.

If someone who has limited reading/writing skills or a disability that makes reading or spelling a challenge, there's a pretty good chance they do not pass a "roadside literacy test", even if English is their only language.
