Rachel only came forward to identify her father as being a rapist, all because the voters re-elected him even knowing he was engaged in sexual misconduct with someone. That’s when Rachel felt compelled to identify herself as the victim of his sexual assault.

The article also mentions that he was forcing Rachel to keep up with his drinking. It makes one wonder how many other women he has forced to keep up with his drinking.

Rachel said that when she woke up and moved, her father stopped. Court records said he then apologized to her, and when he was interviewed by cops months later in May 2024, he insisted he had done 'nothing criminal.'
