I'm thinking his sidelined Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles. She's probably tired of being a fucking potted plant constantly being shit in by Motherfucker.

(124,508 posts)Yet, the big question soon came: who would have the nerve to stop clapping first? After a few minutes, nobody showed the courage to stop, and so the applause went on. The clapping continued nonstop for eleven minutes.
Finally, one man had enough and stopped clapping. As soon as he sat down, the frenzied audience also quieted down. Soon, the room was completely silent.
Later that night, the man who stopped clapping first was arrested and sentenced to ten years in prison. Authorities reportedly told him dont ever be the first one to stop clapping!

(124,508 posts)or maybe afraid not to. Marco Rubio would probably accept the position of Groom of the Stool if he hasn't already. https://www.historic-uk.com/HistoryUK/HistoryofBritain/Groom-of-the-Stool/ God only knows what he demands of Gulag Barbie Noem and Mistress Bondi, both of whom resemble latex party dolls kept in storage too long.

(23,492 posts)They're complete losers. That leaves actual people like Bessent. But I think he is there to work for Wall Street and try to right the ship. It isnt working and I think he tosses in the towel if tariffs go up again.
Rubio is an outsider who probably doesn't want to go down with this ship.
But the first to bail appears to be Musk. At least, that is what he says.

(23,823 posts)I look for Sec of Treasury Bessent to go soon.
From his public appearances, he knows Trump's policies are ridiculous and that he is working in a madhouse. He seems embarrassed to be there and looks uncomfortable pushing the "Dear Leader" Party line.
He will be a scapegoat if he doesn't go.
