Putin must be running out of champagne the way things are going. But I agree that he would love to see the US balkanized. I hope that it doesn't happen but it would be better to live in a free state than in a federal fascist dictatorship. But my real hope is that we retake the federal government at some point and preserve the Union. That said, we need a contingency plan in case that does not happen. Blue State Resistance is one main way to fight Trump. I do feel sorry for Blue Folks that live in Red States. We need to help them as best we can. What a time we live in.

I am currently reading Malcolm Nance's book "The Plot to Betray America". So far it is clear from the first several chapters that Trump has been involved with both the Russian Mafia and also Russian Intelligence since the 70s and 80s. He is clearly a Russian Asset. At least a useful idiot. He has long wanted to build the Trump Tower Moscow. Trump's denials on the campaign trail that he has nothing to do with Russia are clear lies. This guy lies easier than breathing. A sociopath and a traitor. The sad thing about Russia is that many of the people there are decent human beings that want a democracy like Navalny did. The good Russian people are oppressed by the bad Russian people-- Putin's Dictatorship, the Russian Oligarchs, Russian Intelligence, and the Russian Mafia.

My State Senator in New York just proposed that the State cut business ties to any airline that participates in Trump's unconstitutional deportation scheme. So there are various ways to resist as far as State Governments go.
